Why can't I see a preview before purchasing?
Our studio receives dozens of inquiries for custom-made pieces on a daily basis. It is not possible for us to engage our design team on work that is not confirmed. Your preview will be shared with you via email for confirmation, prior to production. You will have the chance to offer your feedback for a revision, if necessary.
How will I receive my design preview?
Please allow 2-3 working days to receive your design preview via email. We will require your confirmation on this in order to proceed with production.
What if I am unhappy with the design preview?
Every customized order we have ever completed at Kashida was a success. That may seem impossible, however, it's true. We simply will never accept submitting a final product you are not convinced with. Through our step-by-step process, you may offer feedback on the first proposal. Our design team will send you a revision for final approval before we head to production.
