SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1- We ship worldwide.

2- Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout prior to payment is made.

3- Any delivery dates are estimates and delivery time is not guaranteed. Delays that may occur for any reason at the Customs Department of the destination country are completely out of Kashida’s control.

4- Your product(s) will be shipped by Aramex and DHL. You will receive a tracking number for your order. Track your order at www.aramex.com and www.dhl.com.

5- Furniture orders shipped internationally may be subject to custom duties, clearance fees as determined by the destination country. The actual amount, if any, is only determined once the package reaches the customs office of the country of destination for inspection. This is not an additional charge from Kashida but from the Customs Office of the country of destination. The recipient of the shipment must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and will be responsible for any additional charges such as custom duties, clearance fees and/or sales tax.

6- For Furniture orders, you may be requested to submit specific documents for shipping purposes. This is required by customs for large-scale pieces.

ORDERS & RETURNS

1- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us.

2- We understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. In this case, please contact us to cancel your order within 2 hours and we will use all reasonable endeavors to do so. You will be eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

3- If your order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Returns will be accepted only if items are sent in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of receipt), you will be eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. All shipping costs and credit card fees will not be refunded.

4- All costs related to the return of an item are to be borne by the client. We will provide you with special return instructions.

5- All refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 15 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.

6- Discounted items, made-to-order items, promotional items, and limited edition pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

7- Claims for damaged item(s) in shipping must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. It is essential to submit photographic evidence of the damaged item. Upon submitting the pictures, we will review them and ship out a replacement. If the item is out of stock, then you will be refunded the full amount.

8- Claims for wrongly delivered items in shipping must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. It is essential to submit photographic evidence of the incorrect item. Upon submitting the pictures, we will review them and ship out the correct items. We will send you special return instructions for the wrong delivered item. If the item is out of stock, then you will be refunded the full amount.
